At the School of Cacao, we take great care in sourcing and delivering high-quality, organic Criollo cacao. Due to the perishable and sacred nature of cacao, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

However, if your package is lost in transit, we offer a partial refund, equivalent to the profit made on the sale, only if the shipping carrier officially declares the package as lost. Please note that delays in delivery do not qualify for a refund. Please contact us at hi@schoolofcacao.com with your order details.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or failure to retrieve the package upon delivery.
